Do some research backed by science to improve yourself and table up a training plan that fits YOUR life and something that MOTIVATES you.If you're to take one thing from this, think to make yourself Training Schedule (Weekly / Monthly Google Sheet)

Running form is important but don't get too caught up on it if you run pain free and feels good.

If you lack discipline, coaches will be amazing for you. If you are self motivated to get out running and also to learn, then maybe you're better off alone.

Take time to record your memories as you live in the moment. Time keeps moving as does your understanding of home. Videos, time-lapses and photos. Keep what is important to you well documented.
