TLDR - To date (May 2022) my longest (128K) and most difficult Ultra Marathon in Central Australia. Gruelling course with no forgiveness. But I made it in 23h 22m and in 6th place. Amazing what the body and mind can do!
TLDR - we travelled to Greece and Italy in May - as soon as Australian borders allowed us. This was our first post-COVID adventure and we had a blast!
It's my first year of proper race planning. I've got some big running goals I want to achieve in next few years (UTMB / UTMF / Western Mac / etc). I need to ensure I am properly prepared and ready to qualify for some of these events to meet the entry requirements.
About me and this site

I have a lot of hobbies and this is a new one: blogging things I’m interested in, trying to be more creative and sharing my many learnings with my friends, family and anyone else willing to read. The main areas I’m planning on covering are:
1. My Life: Track and gain clarity into my own way of life, and;
2. Life Advice: Share my life philosophy with you with the aim to inspire

If you lack discipline, coaches will be amazing for you. If you are self motivated to get out running and also to learn, then maybe you're better off alone.
Take time to record your memories as you live in the moment. Time keeps moving as does your understanding of home. Videos, time-lapses and photos. Keep what is important to you well documented.
Understanding yourself will let you set and achieve goals. Write down clearly what makes you get out of bed in the morning, set goals, write plans and win life.
TLDR: Time is the most important thing. Ask yourself these key questions to ensure you take control and responsibility of your time before it’s too late.
